Low Fat Pea Salad How Many Calories Did I Eat Today?

How many calories did I eat today? - low fat pea salad

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk.
Lunch: 1 slice of plain pizza with a little cheese, baked beans and a protein.
Dinner: 2 chappatis, a dish of curried peas and potatoes and a bowl of low fat yogurt.
Dinner: In medium bowl, fruit salad. Small portions of apples, pears, oranges, grapes, watermelons, etc.

How many calories do you think I did today?

Calories than they are today: 1400 ish? You can eat more than you know;)

I would use the set every day Livestrong.com I use every day to count my calories, fat and all! Everything you need to do is type in the foods you choose to eat, remove the mark in the search for the right and BAM is eaten on your plate what you are today!
